serves 4
2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 tablespoons chopped garlic
½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
4 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
3 tablespoons chopped parsley
¼ cup chopped tomatoes
¼ cup white wine
Preheat oven to 375° F. Combine all ingredients in an oven-safe sauté pan and bake for 10 minutes.
